Electric cars are one great piece of work. They have many advantages in front of conventional motor cars. Conventional motors got many parts and great complexity. Mechanical parts taking places into conventional motors are so many and so various. On the other hand electrical cars have their overall simplicity. Using advantages of modern electronics and software, electric cars don’t need to be equipped with complex mechanical parts, which are exposed to great dynamic forces. This particularly goes for part of the engine exposed to combustion processes that powers the vehicle. Taking that into consideration, electrical cars are lighter and much simpler. Hundreds of parts at cars with classic engine are swapped with just one part. That part is rotor, which is lighter and has much less number of parts.

Engine is just one part of the vehicle. But to be functional it needs many systems working together. Various filters, lubricants, coolants, plugs, pumps, converters needed in classic engine cars in electric vehicles are becoming obsolete.

Electrical cars are not requiring many conventional parts and systems, but one thing they require is successful system of energy storage. Battery here gets ultimate importance. Within today’s technology range battery got many complexities. Battery is heavy expensive part and have exploitation limit. Technology based on lithium ion can be used and improved in time. Battery has to have great capacity, durability and great life span. Beside that safety issues are very strong and determined.

Electrical motor is converting electrical energy into kinematic power. Not to mention that effectiveness of the motor have to be perfect. If it’s not, electrical energy would be converted into heat instead of rotation. Very high level of effectiveness of 80 – 95 % would provide required vehicle moving span.

One of the advantages of electrical car is its motors elasticity. There is no need of traditional transmission system with clutch. Maximal acceleration can be achieved without any attention consuming actions like shifting. Electronic and software is running perfectly together providing efficient power all the time.
